The biggest advantage consists in the relation between the two impression materials one corresponding to the other. Both the material in the syringe and the material for spoons are biphasic irreversible alginates. System I - Accu tray Accu-Trays are anatomically shaped and made of plastic. They can be ground, and are suitable for sterilisers or autoclaves. The mandibular trays have long lingual flanges which confine the sublingual glands to the interior part of the tray. In addition, the high or distal rise of the ridge guarantees complete undistorted coverage of the retromolar pad. II Syringe Accu-Gel (Syringe Accu-Gel) The Syringe Accu-Gel is easily mouldable and is placed into the vestibules with the syringe. The Accu-Tray-Gel (Gel Accu-spoon) The Tray Accu-Gel supports the Syringe Accu-Gel in the mouth and makes uniform contact with the alveolar ridge, forming a 'custom tray' in the patient´s mouth.
