Payment methods
The following payment methods are available to our customers:
New customers: Credit Card, Pay Pal or Cash on Delivery
Existing customers: Credit Card, Pay Pal, Cash on Delivery or payment agreed with our office
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Shipments of products purchased in our warehouse are made, throughout the country, by express couriers (for parcels weighing less than 20 kg) or by traditional couriers (for parcels weighing more than 20 kg).
Our sales policy is that the following charges apply to orders:
- Order under € 300.00 --> shipping charges € 17.90 (excluding VAT)
- Order above € 300.00: no charge
- Order above 20kg: € 25.00 (excluding VAT), regardless of amount
For each order we charge a fixed contribution for packaging costs of € 2.60 (excluding VAT).
The statutory VAT must be added to the prices, contained in the catalog. Due to extraordinary events, published prices and product packaging may change, without prior notice.
Checks to be made upon receipt of the goods
The courier will deliver the ordered goods directly to your location.
Upon delivery of the material by the courier, the customer must check that:
the number of packages being delivered corresponds to the number indicated in the accompanying document;
the packaging is intact, not damaged or compressed (no damaged) in aclun modo. In this case you must accept the goods with reserve.
Any mismatch in the number of packages or indications, as well as loss or damage, must be immediately reported to the courier.
Documents, either inserted directly into the packages or contained in the envelope affixed to the outside of one of the packages, must be detached and retained.
In case of delay in the delivery of packages or for any further possible difficulty, contact directly the operators of Gerhò Dental Division, who will immediately provide for the appropriate checks, contacting you about it as soon as possible.
